1) Trauma Informed Online Mental Health Assessments with an experienced Nurse Practitioner Diagnostic clarity and meaningful support. Understand whether your experiences may be related to trauma, neurodivergence, mental health concerns, or overlapping patterns so you can move forward with greater clarity, treatment, collaborative care and ongoing support.
2) New Clinic Location on the Hamilton Mountain –Join us for psychotherapy at our newest location at 688 Queensdale Ave East in our beautiful, newly renovated offices.

Psychotherapy Client?
New clients - Please choose your location, and then choose based on your interest for in-person or online psychotherapy sessions. The free 20-min consultation is for you to speak directly to the therapist so you can both see if it feels like the right fit.
Existing Clients Please select the appropriate session type with your therapist.

At the time of your consultation a valid credit card will be required to book your first paid therapy session.

Community Program - DO NOT book here. Please email us a bit of information about your situation and if one of our therapists feels they may be a match we will connect you.

We require 48 hrs notice to cancel/reschedule or the full fee is due, but you can switch to online/phone right up to your session time.
