Four free parking lots on each side of the intersection. Enter at the FRONT DOOR THAT FACES QUEENSDALE, take the elevator up to the 2nd floor, turn left and left again down the hall. You will see our sign. Please come in and have a seat in our waiting room, and your therapist will come out to meet you when they are ready. There are bathrooms to the left and the right of the elevator.
