Enter at the FRONT DOOR THAT FACES QUEENSDALE, take the elevator up to the 2nd floor, turn left and left again down the hall. You will see our sign. Please come in and have a seat in our waiting room, and your therapist will come out to meet you when they are ready. There are 4 free parking lots on each side of the intersection. There are bathrooms to the left and the right of the elevator. *NOTE: Front door to building is locked after 7pm weekdays, 2pm Saturdays and all holidays so your therapist will come down to get you during those times.
